2. Concluding a Contract

To place an order and form a contract with us, follow these steps:

(1) Read Our Terms: Ensure you have read and understand these terms, our terms of use, and our privacy policy. Raise any questions with us before placing your order.

(2) Browse Information: Our Website provides descriptions, prices (including VAT), delivery options, and return policies for our products. This information is an "invitation to treat" and not a contractual offer. We reserve the right to correct any errors without liability.

(3) Select Products: Add items to your basket by clicking "add to basket". View your basket by clicking "view basket", where you can review and edit your selections.

(4) Make a Purchase: Proceed to checkout from your basket. You will be given options to log in or continue as a guest. You will then be directed to our secure server provider (Klarna, PayPal, or Amazon) to complete your order. Provide necessary information for order processing.

(5) Order Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

(6) Order Acceptance: A contract is formed only when we send you an acceptance email. Payment processor acknowledgments are not order acceptances. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Contract Details

The contract between us includes these terms and conditions, your order, and our acceptance. It is in English, and you should print and retain copies of these documents.

a. Price
Prices include VAT as listed on the Website.

b. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Most goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unsatisfactory. Return products undamaged and in original packaging. You bear return costs unless qualifying for our free returns service.
  • Notify us within 30 days for free returns service (UK Mainland only, excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland).
  • Bespoke products, made-to-order items, and sample runners are non-returnable.
  • Refunds processed within 2 business days after inspection. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

c. Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel your order if:

  • Goods are unavailable.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • Goods were listed at an incorrect price due to errors.

In such cases, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund.

d. Delivery

  • Goods are delivered to the address specified during order placement.
  • Allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will inform you once your order is dispatched.
  • You become the owner of goods upon delivery, assuming risk for loss or damage.

4. Our Liability

a. Remedy for Damaged Goods
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving incorrect, damaged, or defective goods. We will:

  • Correct shortages or non-delivery.
  • Replace damaged or defective products.
  • Refund amounts paid for affected goods.

b. Liability Limitations
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We accept no liability for non-compliance or prohibited imports/exports.

  • We exclude liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses, except remedies listed above.
  • Compensation is limited to the amount paid for goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.
