- Standard Delivery: Deliveries are usually made by courier within 2-3 weeks of your order, unless otherwise advised.
Order Processing and Updates
- We will make contact with you when your order is being processed and provide you with an update on the expected arrival date.
Custom Orders
- Alterations: If you require your stair runner or rug size to be altered, please note that this will add a few days to the dispatch time.
Important Information
- Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Bespoke Items
Because our stair runners are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Faulty/Damaged Orders: If your stair runner arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
Please double-check your measurements and customization choices before placing your order.
Non-Bespoke Items
- Return Period: Non-bespoke items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Cancellations
- Notification: If you need to cancel your order, please inform us by email or phone as soon as possible to prevent the dispatch process.
