Bespoke Items

Because our stair runners are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Faulty/Damaged Orders: If your stair runner arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.

Please double-check your measurements and customization choices before placing your order.

Non-Bespoke Items

  • Return Period: Non-bespoke items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return Process: Notify us of your intention to return by email at info@stairrunnersuk.co.uk or by phone at 01935 412860 as soon as possible.

Cancellations

  • Notification: If you need to cancel your order, please inform us by email or phone as soon as possible to prevent the dispatch process.
