Our bespoke stair runners are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Enjoy FREE delivery on all stair runners! We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order every step of the way.

Faulty/Damaged Orders: If your stair runner arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.

Our stair runners are 7 meters long x 60cm width and designed for standard straight staircases. If your staircase has turns, half landings, or winding steps, don’t worry! We may still be able to help. Get in touch with us, and we’ll discuss the best options to make it work for your home.
